Apparel items are eligible for return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return/exchange, please contact us directly at marketing@bakedchickenfarm with your order details.

All returned items must be in their original condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received a defective or damaged product, the return shipping costs will be covered by Baked Chicken Farm.​

For returns not due to our error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Baked Chicken Farm cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
