Refund and Returns Policy

Age Requirement: Our services and products are intended for individuals aged 21 and older. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

Apparel items, including hats, t-shirts, backpacks, and other merchandise, are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, contact us at marketing@bakedchickenfarm.com or call 575-218-7131 with your order number and reason for return. You must obtain a return authorization number before shipping your return. We will provide return instructions and an address.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Baked Chicken Farm cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective or damaged items include those with manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping, excluding customer-caused damage. If you receive such an item, notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Customer-Responsible Returns

For returns not due to our error (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will be notified via email once the refund is issued.
